Vision and Mission
The vision and mission statements are often overlooked but can be very useful when developing a new idea. A vision statement should be broad and idealistic. It’s your big idea – what you hope to achieve someday. In contrast, a mission statement is specific and quantifiable. It tells people what you do today. This may seem like common sense, but many entrepreneurs overlook these statements because they don’t seem important or connected with their business idea – that’s where you’re wrong! A strong vision and mission can help steer your business in a direction that aligns with where you want it to go, resulting in greater growth over time.

Faculties and Departments
Faculty members are key to student success. When a college has excellent teachers, high-quality instructors and professors, things tend to go very well for students. Faculty members with years of experience in their fields serve as mentors and examples for their students. This is especially true for science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) courses at schools where knowledge transfer plays a big role in curriculum design. Students benefit from faculty who are also conducting research as it provides them with networking opportunities they might not get elsewhere on campus. To determine whether or not students have access to these benefits, we looked at numbers regarding faculty at colleges in Nigeria like Osun State College of Education
